This position is full-time, Monday -- Thursday, 6:00am -- 4:30pm, and is eligible for quarterly production bonuses.

This position requires use of information or access to hardware, which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Radiant Power is looking for an entry level Tester to join our team. We will train the right candidate for this position.

This position will be responsible for:

• Reading the procedures and Plotting the Underwater Beacons (Scan the bar code and enter some information).


• Measuring the voltage using the digital multimeter.


• Entering the voltage reading in to excel file on the computer.


• Print the plotting report.


• Verify pass/ failed on the report.

• Prior production or manufacturing experience is desired.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.


• Read/Write Fluently in English


• Must be well-organized, flexible and able to work in a fast paced, manufacturing environment


• Sustained dependable attendance.


• Cooperation with others in team environment for cross training and conference on operational issues.


• Initiative in learning and changing work methods to accomplish assigned tasks on a timely basis.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.

• Regular use of both hands to finger, handle, or feel during assembly.
