Retrieves customer vehicles and moves them into the service area for service preparation
Performs all tire servicing jobs, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairing and TPMS diagnosis
Maintains technical knowledge to perform routine repairs and maintenance service work in accordance with approved quality and efficiency standards
Completes service related paperwork per Company standards in an accurate manner
Assists service technicians in the completion of various repairs
Completes pre/post-test drives of vehicles in accordance with company and DOT standards, as needed
Assists with inventory control activities by unloading delivery trucks, shelving inventory and retrieving/delivering parts
Provides customer shuttle transportation as needed
Ensures equipment is maintained and functional at all times by performing routine maintenance as needed
Ensures work area is clean and orderly, meeting Jack Williams and safety standards
Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with safety standards
Maintains a professional image and demonstrates courteous behavior with customers and other team members
Attends all required staff meetings, training seminars and maintaining certifications
Acts as a TIA mentor as assigned
Maintains a flexible schedule to include weekend, holiday, and evening hours
Performs other related duties as assigned
