VP Digital Self Service Product Management, Digital Lending

The Digital Lending Solutions team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless digital experience across the entire life cycle for clients and advisors, as well as developing & launching new lending products to meet Wealth Management client needs. As digital product managers, we build the strategic vision and execute with our partners to create digital offerings that drive 360-degree client engagement, revenue growth, and market share.
Overview
As a VP of Digital Product Management, this role is responsible for managing Digital Self Service & Expansion - Strategy, Adoption and Advisor Tools. As we continue to build features and tools for scale, this role will drive and optimize the digital client and advisor experience for both US Wealth Management and JP Morgan Private Bank. The candidate will engage with key stakeholders across business, product, engineering and marketing teams to develop, prioritize and define and execute the product roadmap to meet business objectives. Measuring client behavior, client and advisor feedback, and financial performance is an essential part of the role to continually improve and evolve the offering.
The candidate must be client-focused, passionate and experienced with creating and building engaging and intuitive financial products and features. Experience with leading agile teams, collaborating with design, research, technology, legal and compliance teams and driving decision-making across cross-functional groups is preferred.
