Job Description:

The Centralized Records Management Program (CRMP) is a firmwide initiative focused on ensuring proper control of the full lifecycle (from creation to destruction) of all records in the Bank. To align with firmwide activities, CB has established a program management office (PMO) to interact with all CB lines of business, teams and functions to ensure compliance with firmwide expectations.

The CB D&RM Project Management Senior Associate will support the CB Data & Records Management Program Lead who has primary responsibility for overseeing overall records management compliance and assisting with broader CB Data Governance program initiatives. The CB Data & Records Management Project Management Senior Associate will develop project plans and lead workstreams targeted to manage program deliverables, remediate areas with identified gaps and implement compliant go-forward processes.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide connectivity between firmwide programs and CB efforts at the direction of the CB D&RM Program Lead
  • Participate in governance forums, lead meetings and drive action to address requirements
  • Assist with executing CB's project plans required for assessing and addressing policy requirements and gaps; initial prioritization will focus on Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Drive action to identify and address risk/issues
  • Set incremental, reasonable expectations for stakeholders to achieve that ultimately result in completed remediation and/or establishment of go-forward Business as Usual (BAU) processes
  • Facilitate cross-functional working groups to drive day-to-day progress against initiatives
  • Support team leads in their implementation of records management processes, policies, procedures, guidelines, training and communications
  • Gather and report metrics to monitor progress against records management goals, objectives risks and issue; Support PMO lead with regard to Records Management Governance Forum preparation
  • Support communication and reporting of key metrics and effective senior management presentation materials relating to project progress, recommendations, and decisions
  • Serve as a point of contact for the escalation of records management risks and issues
  • Provide program support to the broader CB Data Governance program
  • Support managing, maintaining, and archiving pertinent project artifacts (status reports, key decisions, etc.)

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years Project Management and/or consulting experience
  • Experience managing technology and process improvement projects
  • Records management and shared drive related experience is a plus
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills to motivate teams to action
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to provide thoughtful impact analysis
  • Ability to work with data to develop metrics and recurring reporting
  • Advanced excel skills allowing for the creation of metrics and reporting, including pivot tables, etc.
  • Creation of presentation materials; PowerPoint proficiency
  • Banking & Financial Services industry experience including Commercial Banking preferred
