Job Description:

What you will do:

 

• Answer incoming customer calls in a timely fashion.


• Process address and ACH changes.


• Work with Asset Management to accurately quote buyouts.


• Process payments that are requested to be made over the phone.


• Mail executed contracts and welcome letters.


• Ensure vehicle titles are received and follow up as needed.


• Answer any insurance or invoice related questions.


• Develop a thorough understanding of leasing procedures.


• Process business assumptions.


• Work with Accounting, Asset Management, etc. in a professional and courteous manner.


• Performs any duties that may be assigned by management

 

What you will need:

 

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the Bank or other organizations.


• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
