 As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by creating digital marketing campaigns that help customers find the best 3M products that suit their needs.  

 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

  • Two (2) years of digital marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 


  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaign and sales promotions targeted to multiple stakeholders (Channel Partners, Consumers, Distributors etc)  

  • Identify, test and implement SEM growth opportunities across platforms (AdWords, Amazon AMS, Criteo) through data analysis and research.  

  • Provide strategic guidance to Marketers for digital media planning across paid platforms, and lead demand generation programs through execution 

  • Manage workflows and day-to-day communication with third-party vendors and key partners to yield positive ROI 

  • Analyze various reporting systems (Google Analytics, Adobe, WebTrends etc.) to identify additional opportunities increase campaign performance. 

  • Working knowledge of various formats of digital media planning & buying. 

  • Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Display, Email, etc) and Ad Tech 

  • Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends, MOZ)  

  • Any marketing or analytics related certification (Adwords, Analytics etc.) 

  • Up to date with industry trends and technologies 

  • Documented immersion in digital media (blogs, websites, social profiles etc.) 

 

Travel: May include up to
