What you will be doing: 


  • Ensure high level member satisfaction by presenting a professional attitude and appearance, introducing yourself, greeting all members in a courteous and timely manner, smiling, making eye contact, communicating promotional offers, thanking the member for their business and using the standard closing statement.

  • Process the required ITM Teller transactions, such as, but not limited to:

    • Deposits, withdrawals, transfers and cashed checks

    • Loan advances and payments

    • Credit card payments

    • Closed account transactions

    • Process Shared Branch Transactions



  • Effectively communicate with members through video in a professional customer engaging manner.

  • Follow ITM teller protocol by walking members through their transaction, explaining transaction prompts, while remaining on the screen throughout the engagement.

  • Effectively toggle between two systems simultaneously to ensure a seamless member experience.

  • Operate in full compliance with credit union policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

  • Convey the experience of personal interaction through a warm screen presence in a conversational manner.

  •  Computer and math aptitude. High School diploma.
