Garmin is looking for a Dealer Applications Analyst to join our team! This role is Instrumental in the execution of new features and driving onboarding solutions, for all Dealer Applications. This position requires working with Garmin offices globally, to develop rollout plans with the ultimate goal of increasing user adoption. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to be successful in this position, along with possessing excellent research and presentation skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Central point of contact for new internal projects for Dealer Applications
Develop Project Strategy plans based on logical framework approaches
Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
Identify goals and requirements of each project
Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges for key stakeholders
Effective use of resources to develop consistent stream of new business partner activity and feedback mechanisms
Develop and maintain customer and stakeholder business relationships
Monthly report to line Manager on successes and areas needing improvements
Communicate technical-related product issues
Contribute to external customer complaint resolution when issues are identified
Use prospecting and qualifying strategies to onboard as many Dealers & Partners as possible
Drive continuous improvement to maximize quality and service, whilst reducing costs
Recommending infrastructure modifications as needed
Make sure we adhere to local laws, customs and cultures
Work with Dealer Applications IT support and Dealer Application Support Teams to coordinate projects
Other duties as assigned
Accept and complete projects as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university AND 1 year relevant experience OR a minimum of 5 years experience performing essential functions similar to this job description
Demonstrates an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced and changing environment
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and quality
Must possess previous training experience
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with design and implementation of business segment development plans
Experience working to and exceeding targets
Must have the willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of Garmin experience across multiple departments or roles
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with effectively managing Internationally distributed teams
Additional Languages Fluency (French, German or Chinese are preferable)
Proficient in Microsoft Project
Previous Oracle experience
