What you'll do


  • Lead team monitoring reports to identify legitimate vs suspicious patterns in access attempts.

  • Analyze system performance and make effective decisions as to the continuous improvement.

  • Liaise between Security, Product, and Technology teams to receive feedback and operationalize systematic improvements. 

  • Conduct quality reviews of transaction monitoring and investigative actions. 

  • Conduct trend analysis and monitoring of metrics for data integrity, spikes in fraudulent activity and root causes of anomalous behavior. 

  • Work with key leaders in Global Security and IT on key tasks and special projects related to process and system changes focused on fraud prevention and detection. 

  • Train and mentor teammates

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
