Primary & Secondary Skill

Roles/Responsibilities (5 – 8 day to day candidate’s responsibilities)




  • Accountable and ensures that billable projects remain on schedule and within budget.

  • Confirms projects are completed according to agreed upon plan. Maintains project financial and project profitability, to include resource scheduling, revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense report and time approval for project work, etc…

  • Responsible for the development and regular updates of an accurate project plan.

  • Keeps appropriate client and Infor resources informed of project progress, complete weekly Project Status Reports, Bi-Weekly dashboard reports, participate in weekly PM meetings and communicate appropriately with Executive Sponsor / department leadership through written and verbal communication.

  • Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks.

  • Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members. Assigns / delegates work assignments to project team members.

  • Prepares project status reports on project progress and problems.

  • Maintain positive professional demeanor.

  • Manage approximately $ 2-5 million in revenue annually.

  • Provide timely and accurate updates to all internal reporting and tracking systems.

  • Ensure all project resources are identified, forecasted, and staffed.

  • Complete timely and accurate client invoicing and monitors outstanding receivables.

  • Comprehend how to profitably delivery both Time and Material; as well as, Fixed Fee contracted engagements.

  • Escalate client and project incidents immediately to leadership.

  • Pursue incremental revenue through presenting and offering relevant services

  • Assist where applicable in pre-sales engagements.




Required Qualifications (5 – 8 bullet points on must have skills)




  • Program management

  • Demonstrated results in managing projects, which includes proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning, design team coordination & communication, budgeting, schedule management, and client coordination

  • Database (Teradata and Snowflake) and cloud concepts  (Azure)

  • Jira  & Scrum Planning

  • Experienced in Agile methodologies, such as Sprint Planning, Scrum Management, Epic/Feature work break-downs, Story-Pointing, Velocity Tracking, Burn-downs/Burn-ups, etc

  • Experience weekly, monthly and quarterly business reports

  • Operates in a business or technical environment, using analytical and evaluative techniques

  • Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project
