How you will do it

• Responsible for ensuring the readiness and stability of our systems.


• Participate in the design and development of new and innovative tools and services.


• Create and maintain cloud-based solutions.


• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.


• Work with stakeholders including Product, Data and Design teams to assist with technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.


• Building and supporting large scale clusters in a production environment and achieving fault tolerance among them.

What we look for

Required

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields.


• 3+ years of experience with DevOps.


• Expertise in running cloud services and managing container-based workloads and container orchestration using Kubernetes, etc.


• Expertise at Docker based container technologies.


• Experience using and maintaining production environments for various cloud platforms (GCP/Azure preferred).


• Familiarity with distributed logging systems like ELK , EFK , stack driver.


• Familiar with systems upgrade, framework upgrades at production scale.


• Familiarity with data management, back ups and archival management

Preferred

• Good understanding of distributed systems like Stream processing systems, Noql systems expertise, Rest services.


• Good familiarity with GKE/EKS/AKS.


• Reasonable familiarity with message broker systems like Kafka, grafana based monitoring system.


• Basic understanding of security aspects at cloud.


• Familiar with systems upgrade, framework upgrades at production scale.


• Familiarity with data management, backups and archival management
