Analyze the coding of documents to ensure accuracy and determine areas for process improvement
Complete customer audits and evaluation of the services provided to our clients
Direct supervisory responsibility over Unemployment Determinations Specialists and Leads
Management of personnel matters: hiring, time approval, reviews, mentoring and training
Lead a team of 10-15 direct reports
2-5 years of prior supervisory experience desired
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years customer service related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous office experience with an emphasis on customer service, organization of work duties and performing job functions independently
Experience dealing with dated material and/or strict adherence to deadlines
Previous experience or familiarity with Unemployment Insurance and the Unemployment Claims processing
