**Remote Work Available**

You will work with the HR team and managers to communicate YF compensation philosophy for compensation matters and the policies and procedures that govern. This role supports the corporate compensation leader, global C&B colleagues, HRBP’s and business managers to support and guide compensation and benefits related matters in the North America region (incl. US, MX and CA).  In this role you will evaluate positions, pay grades, participate in salary surveys, perform additional compensation analysis, annual salary planning process and bonus programs. Candidate must demonstrate comprehensive understanding of compensation and benefit programs.


  • Engage with HR to support in various compensation processes & programs; propose and/or develop training or workflows as necessary

  • Evaluate and coordinate projects related to job description evaluation, level and grading

  • Administer and support the annual salary planning/merit process

  • Administer and support multiple bonus programs

  • Support the evaluation, analysis and updating of company pay structures

  • Administer and Participate in compensation surveys

  • Gather and prepare salary data for internal and external competitiveness by Group, Country or Location as required

  • Analyse compensation surveys results and develop recommendations for Manager review


  • Support in the regular updates of job evaluation and grading responding to the evolution of the business and the organization changes

  • Participate and give input on C&B practices, procedures and standards

  • Evaluate and maintain ongoing functional procedures, specific policies on compensation matters, in according with YF global strategy to facilitate operation related to salaries and benefits 

  • Support manager in meeting project-based requirements in the administration and development of C&B initiatives

  • Support the business with new system implementations as necessary

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures. 

  • Employee must have the ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time.

  • Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote).

  • Bachelor's Level Degree with a Human Resources, Finance, General Business or other related area of study.


  • 5-7 Minimum Years of Experience with Compensation Programs.




  • Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry




  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills




  • Strong MS Office skills (*Excel required)




  • Strong attention to detail




  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
