The Team
 

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower (“UST”) division’s Human Resources organization.  The UST Human Resources team supports the UST division’s talent needs. Day to day you will provide Talent Acquisition support to various business units such as Operation, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT.  As a Senior Recruiter you will partner cross-functionally to deliver excellent Talent Acquisition support and drive success by providing a best in class candidate and customer experience.

What You Can Offer Us


  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for multiple business units within the UST Talent Acquisition Team.  

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to find and hire qualified candidates through various channels. 

  • Partner closely with the Senior Sourcer on roles that require significant sourcing and pipelining of candidates.

  • Communicate and coach hiring managers and interviewers about interviewing best practices, develop job-specific behavioral interview questions, and effectively guide and lead interview debriefs. 

  • Manage the recruiting process with hiring managers and candidates to ensure everyone has a positive experience. 

  • Support various ad hoc projects and initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed 



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience required; 5–8 years preferred.

  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and interviewing for positions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred; Experience recruiting for Finance, Information Technology or Sales positions preferred.


  • Approximately 5% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
