As part of 2021 PMO strategy one portion of the organization is going to deliver value using new operating model based on Scaled Agile Framework. Need to enhance existing Jira core to support the following
1. Teams should be able to perform PI planning remotely
2. Jira to become single source of truth to
a. record requirements in (Projects – Initiatives – Epics -- Stories – Tasks)
b. Defects
c. Prod Incidents
3. Plan and execute projects using Jira
4. Build the automated dashboards for Portfolio, Program and Teams
a. Backlog health @ Epic and Story Level
b. Lead time, cycle time for Initiatives & Epics
c. Customized Kanban boards for portfolio, Program and Team
d. CFD at team level
e. Team and PI Velocity
f. Story and Epics burndown
g. Initiative progress report
h. Visualize risks, critical paths, dependencies, delays, PMO status in R-G-Y
Expectation:
1. Jira consultant to evaluate best tools to meet the needs. (PMO is preferring Jira Allign / Miro, Confluence are other choices. But open for recomendation)
2. Install and configure
3. Administer the tool
4. Transition to SAG-AFTRA plans associate
5. Basic dashboards ready by 4/7
