Kleinfelder is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Laboratory Technician to join our team in the Bay Area

We're looking for a person with strong initiative and proactive communication skills to perform laboratory testing of construction materials in order to verify conformance to specifications, and meet the rigorous schedule demand of our clients to join our growing Bay Area Team!

Position Requirements:

• Performs laboratory testing of concrete, soils, and aggregates following ASTM, AASHTO and CALTRANS test methods


• Performs routine maintenance, repair, and calibration of laboratory equipment

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of construction materials and laboratory testing experience


• ACI Concrete Laboratory Technician (Strength & Aggregate Level I)


• Intermediate Math Skills required


• Ability to use computer software including MS Excel, Word, Outlook


• Ability to lift over 50 pounds


• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime where necessary.


• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
