As a Management Associate supporting the Head of Client Service Asset Management - Americas, you will work with senior leaders and internal business managers to execute key strategic projects and assist with solving day-to-day business issues.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Partnering with various business groups across functions to execute key priorities, understanding and defining business needs in the context of short and long term objectives; Establish project structures and manage projects
  • Analyzing data, processes, team organization and supporting applications to identify weaknesses, gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate the annual planning process across the organization and ensure integrated goals and priorities
  • Communicating priorities, processes and initiatives in a simple and compelling way
  • Organizing, planning and participating in leadership and other key meetings, author minutes and manage follow-up items
  • Proactively propose new ideas on process/function optimization, data driven insights, client service challenges, innovation through technology and digital solutions, thought leadership
  • Create and manage internal and external presentations (e.g., Town Halls, Conferences)
  • Develop outlines/talking points/content for presentations and speaking engagements
  • Draft internal communications and assist with providing updates across the Asset Management organization
  • Assist with preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations for the Americas Client Service organization.
  • Participate/coordinate service escalation / priority matters requiring immediate action

The Management Associate must be able to:

  • Work independently, possessing energy and confidence to complete projects proactively with limited supervision
  • Interact and communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of management
  • Prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, provide appropriate follow up and possess strong attention to detail
  • Multi-task, handle high pressure situations and re-prioritize quickly
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize and interpret information to solve business issues
  • Work successfully and efficiently in a team-based environment
  • Use judgment and discretion when working with highly confidential information

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience with exposure/involvement in one or more of the various Asset and Wealth Management businesses , Product or Sales areas
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with ability to deliver messages clearly and succinctly with all levels of management
  • Financial analysis, project management, other quantitative analysis
  • Expertise with Excel (e.g., managing large amounts of data, complex data manipulation using pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Expertise in PowerPoint: creating slides / charts and editing presentations for senior meetings
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a dynamic work environment, with strong initiative, energy and analytical ability to complete projects with limited supervision
