Continue building the foundation for our FP&A operations (people, processes, and systems) to enable better decision making for the company and its stakeholders
Lead company-wide annual forecasting processes, including the development of budgets and financial targets
Function as the key finance partner for the most senior business leaders in the company and build out a team that partners with all department heads to provide strategic financial support
Scale and develop a high-performing team, focusing on organizational design, professional development, and hiring
Support colleagues on financial issues impacting their areas of accountability and help build/enhance reporting to provide insights and analysis for key stakeholders
Collaborate with other areas of Finance to analyze and report out on budgeted results and when necessary, reforecasting to shape decision-making
Manage a team that ensures Shared Services cost allocations align with agreed methodologies and are reported accurately in the general ledger
Provide accurate, timely, and actionable monthly reporting on key business metrics to operating teams, company leadership, and other groups as necessary
Drive continuous improvement of a cohesive global finance function to produce innovation in reporting, planning and analysis
Manage and participate in the analysis and interpretation of operating results, preparation of executive reports, review of financing activities, and analysis of financial effects of various contemplated actions.
Drive alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business results and evaluate the health of the business
Develop advanced modeling and analysis to highlight business trends and understand variance drivers
Drive critical decision making and deliver clear communication and insights to our leaders
Manage a team with building team culture to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the FP&A function
Experience
10+ years of progressive professional experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, scope, and leadership across multiple FP&A functions (Financial Services and Shared Services)
Strong Professional and Educational backgrounds Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
Systems Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Essbase preferred)
10+ years of FP&A experience in a Sr. Director or Director level role. Experience in FP&A, business finance, investment banking, management consulting or related fields in a rapidly growing tech company
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, extensive experience building integrated models from scratch, in Excel or in other planning applications; and experience resolving complex business problems with well-structured analytics
A proven ability to identify and drive impactful financial outcomes, and to manage complex projects across multiple teams
A proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to build strong working relationships
A proclivity for working in fast-paced environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable experience leading, developing and mentoring finance professionals, growing future leaders and inspiring high performing teams
Understanding of GAAP and key accounting and revenue recognition principles
