Job Description:

Atividades e Responsabilidades

• Performar avaliações-econômico financeiras de empresas e/ou ativos para diversos fins, sendo eles: reestruturações societárias, suporte a decisões estratégicas e atendimento às normas contábeis e fiscais específicas para clientes nacionais e internacionais, entre outros;

• Análisar o desempenho histórico da Empresa;

• Estruturar os modelos de avaliação-econômico financeira;

• Orientar a equipe nas atividades da área;

• Conduzir discussões com o cliente.

Competências Profissionais

• Formação: Administração, Economia, Contabilidade ou Engenharias;

• Inglês intermediário;

• Sólido conhecimento em Finanças Corporativas;

• Experiência utilizando técnicas e metodologias de avaliação (mercado, DCF, etc.);

• Desejável ter experiência em projetos de alocação de preço de compra (avaliação de ativos intangíveis);

• Ótimos conhecimentos nas ferramentas Excel, Word e Power Point;

• Desejável conhecimento em VBA.
