Exciting work you will do:


  • Configure and deploy Cisco switches and routers.

  • Form and implement network security measures.

  • Support and manage network connectivity across all infrastructure (internet, voice, cloud.)

  • Support and maintain Microsoft cloud PBX with Microsoft Teams.

  • Provide level 3 technical support to users.

  • Available for on-call and/or emergency response and support as needed.

  • Create and maintain continuity documentation.

What you need:


  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, or other IT related field with at least 1 year of hands-on experience supporting Cisco based solutions (routers and switches) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

  • FortiGate experience a plus.

  • Basic understanding of Azure Virtual Networks, and Microsoft cloud PBX.

  • Experience in telecom user administration and troubleshooting end-user technical issues

  • Ability to perform limited physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs

  • Productivity - ability to complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.

  • Accuracy of Work - detail oriented with good follow-up and follow-through.

  • Business Acumen - demonstrates capacity to operate role in line with the business needs, requirements, and changes.

  • Relationship Management - forms and maximizes relationships with the team through effective and timely communication, responsiveness, knowledge share, and a solution-oriented approach.

  • Communication - good customer and people skills with ability to effectively work through a variety of methods, including email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone.

  • Cultural Awareness - demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
