RAPIDS System Engineer

Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a RAPIDS System Engineer to support the DMDC Enterprise PM Support program.

Responsibilities

Research technologies, practices, and methodologies to inform and improve ongoing system development and O&M programs.
• Oversee programs from a high-level technical perspective, including engineering design activities, architectural frameworks, security practices, and quality.


• Provide guidance on the use of COTS products related to identity management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience researching industry technologies and engineering solutions for emerging COTS hardware and software; technically evaluating COTS hardware and software products for integration into complex desktop applications requiring biometric capture and credentialing solution integration; conducting and documenting analyses of alternatives.


• Must have an active Secret clearance


• 3+ years of proficiency analyzing Federal and DoD technical and cyber security regulations and requirements for hardware and software and applying knowledge to product evaluation for integration into multiple worldwide DoD desktop and laptop products.


• In-depth knowledge and experience of identity management COTS hardware, software, and technical requirements and regulations.


• Knowledge of Federal and DoD Public Key Infrastructure technical requirements pertaining to COTS hardware and software is desired
