Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and utilize dashboards effectively.

  • Develop, analyze, and modify processes, data structures, and models.

  • Make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

  • Interact with stakeholders to evaluate products and performance.

  • Synthesize data and feedback from users, stakeholders, and management.

  • Define requirements and provide simplified explanations.

  • Maintain objectivity at all times to ensure processes and products are relevant.

  • Utilize Project Management Institute (PMI) framework to create new and update existing, publish, schedule reports and dashboards

  • Ensure that vendors and applications meet cybersecurity risk management policies and they operate within the NIST and HIPPA framework.

  • Coordinate and perform acceptance testing with end users for new and/or modified systems.

  • Assist with change management acceptance.

  • Communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Participate in end user training, provide end user support, troubleshoot problems and guide end users.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a closely related field.

  • Recent PowerBI and/or MS SQL Server training or similar certification preferred.

  • Recent or current experience working as the key-go-to person for data related reporting within a healthcare, social services or HIPAA data regulated organization.

  • Three to five years of experience with progressively responsible experience serving as a subject matter expert, specialist, or a consultant.

  • Ability to work with an economically and culturally diverse population.

  • Flexible hours and working remote are possible.
