Position: Engineering Technical Integrator

Saalex Solutions, Inc is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for aerospace to join our Expendable Launch Vehicle Integrated Support (ELVIS 3) contract. The candidate will work in a high performing team environment supporting NASA's Commercial Crew Program (CCP) with Program and Technical Integration services conducted in support of Certification and Certificate of Flight Readiness efforts. Essential Roles & Responsibilities:


* Assist in organizing information, scheduling, and documenting activities in Engineering Review Boards (ERBs) conducted in support of Certification and Certification of Flight Readiness efforts while protecting proprietary commercial crew space transportation provider data


* Assist in identifying, controlling, and managing Program information and documentation in a manner that ensures that information is readily accessible, easily retrievable, and preserved


* Provide technical services to the engineering launch team designated to support NASA CCP sponsored missions and activities


Candidate will possess excellent communication skills, documentation skills and the ability to multi-task while working on high priority issues. Required skills also include the ability to:


* Manage agenda item tracking number assignments


* Maintain electronic records of presentations, action closures and recommendations


* Organize meeting logistics including reserving conference facilities and scheduling teleconferences as required


* Record, organize, and track actions, recommendations, decisions and any dissenting opinions


* Schedule all ERB meetings for the week and distribute meeting notices


* Support engineering launch team by organizing console assignments, attending meetings/readiness reviews, meeting set-up and documenting lessons learned


* Coordinate and develop Day of Launch presentation package


* Support engineering launch team on console during simulations, dress rehearsals and Day of Launch


* Coordinate with and provide data to other CCP Board Secretariats as required


Desired Background:


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills


* Strong understanding and experience with SharePoint, Skype, Microsoft Teams and WebEx


* Significant experience in scheduling and coordinating official meetings


* Significant experience documenting official meeting minutes, to include technical decisions, dissenting opinions and actions preferably in an engineering environment


* Demonstrated ability to establish solid working relationships with peers and management


* Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently


* Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, be proactive and simultaneously manage multiple priorities


Minimum Qualifications:


* Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience - NASA/Commercial Crew Program experience is a plus


* May include travel (<25%)


* Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule to support ERBs across different time zones


* U.S. Citizen; Requires successful completion of National Agency Check w/ Inquiries
