Job Summary
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is the lead U.S. government agency responsible for providing economic development and humanitarian assistance abroad in support of U.S. foreign policy goals. Under this task order, the contractor will provide technical and professional services in the execution of their broad and diverse mission to facilitate inter-governmental operational requirements here at USAID. The purpose of this order is to provide the necessary level of professional and technical support required to facilitate the overall operational objectives of USAID and Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM) Center for Professional Development (CPD) programs and functions. The Contractor will provide training consultation, development, facilitation, and administration support on a full-time basis in support of HCTM/CPD's mission and its Global Workforce Learning Strategy (GWLS) objective to strengthen the capacity of the Agency's global workforce by ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and resources to administer programs around the world. The Contractor shall provide these services, materials, and related equipment to perform the work delineated herein.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
The incumbent provides administrative and technical support for the HR Program Manager assigned to the CPD. Collaborate with the Foreign Service Center on policy changes/updates, Foreign Service Officer (FSO) assignment bidding, C3 assignment, and assignment waivers. Coordinate and manage student registration for the Foreign Service Institute (FSI), One-on-One training, Global English, Rosetta Stone, Mango, and Foreign Affair Counter Threat Training (FACT) at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and other professional development courses for language training. Review self-assessments and packets to assess whether criteria met for course enrollment. Communicate with employees selected for enrollment in the various courses. Liaise with the FSI, FLETC, and other contractor representative on the status of employee enrollment, contractor support, on-site support, logistical support, and administrative support. Reinforce directions provided to employees registered in the various courses. Maintain aggregate information on the number of employees applying for the various courses, number of enrollments, and completion of training. Screen employees' personnel data to validate eligibility for enrollment in the various courses.

Incumbent will also provide broad-scoped logistical and technical support for the Division and staff of the assigned Unit.
