Position Summary
The VP, HR - A&D Group is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the A&D organization by shaping its culture and attracting, engaging, developing and retaining talents to support the Group's performance, globally.
Principal Activities
Drive the people agenda and HR strategic plan for the A&D businesses in partnership with the A&D Group President and leadership team
Partner with CIRCOR's CHRO and Corporate HR Centers of Excellence in developing HR
strategies and implementing key HR programs across the A&D Group
Coach and support A&D general managers in their strategic HR needs
Working closely with the general managers, mentor and develop A&D HRBP leaders in each business unit
Support A&D Group organizational design plans and change management initiatives
Oversee initiatives to build a diverse, inclusive, innovative, and high growth culture
Foster teamwork, collaboration, and synergies across A&D and CIRCOR
Drive strategic workforce planning
Attract, select, and recruit top talents while optimizing hiring costs
Develop talent bench to prepare succession planning for key positions
Drive targeted career development, learning and development actions, and lead talent review processes
Lead employee communications activities; take the pulse of employees regularly across the Group
Provide assistance and guidance to management and employees on employee relations issues and policies, procedures, and standards
Manage and coordinate annual compensation cycles in partnership with the Compensation Center of Excellence
Support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
Deliver and interpret HR KPIs to measure the success of the HR function
Provide expertise, research and analysis to assist the A&D Leadership team in the formulation and execution of special HR projects
Oversee and/or conduct workplace investigations and manage ethics complaints
Participate in global compliance matters
Support merger and acquisition activity from an HR perspective as required
May have global responsibility of an HR deliverable across the segment such as sales incentive plans, talent review, performance management, etc

Experienced in developing and implementing continuous improvement programs
Track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
Education
Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology, or MBA required
