Founded in 2011, Pindrop is the leading provider in security and identity verification/authentication, for voice. As the industry experts of vocal verification, the company's "acoustic fingerprinting" technology enables major global banks, top-tier healthcare providers, and leading retailers etc. to detect fraudulent calls and authenticate legitimate callers, helping customers eliminate financial losses seamlessly.


Pindrop's technology analyzes over 1,300 different features helping us identify the uniqueness of a device and the caller. Our "acoustic fingerprinting" technology integrates with companies internal systems and identifies people's voices, locations, devices, and more. This data is added to a database for future reference to help separate legitimate callers from scammers. Pindrop's technology creates a unique fingerprint tied to the call. This fingerprint will identify a fraudster (or legitimate customer) regardless if the voice is manipulated, the number is changed, or even if the caller is changed (as in a fraud ring or fraud call center). No other solution can do this, and the validation of customer identity is completely non-intrusive.


Today Pindrop's core business, "Agent", is growing at 40% YoY, while our emerging business, "IVR", is growing 400-500%, and our rapidly emerging IoT business is showing strong early indications. Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Pindrop has raised over $223M in capital by premier VC's including Andreessen-Horowitz, IVP, and CapitalG.


The Opportunity


The Solutions Architect will be focused on architecting and integrating the Pindrop solution in our customers' environments. This opportunity involves client interaction to understand all requirements, gathering input, creating a design for the solution and then deploying that solution.


Your Skill Set



  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably IT industry experience with a professional IT services company, professional services organization of a SaaS provider, etc.

  • Proven ability to deliver solutions to enterprise customers.

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related science/technical fields OR equivalent training, certifications, and/or experience

  • Experience with one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, Node.js, C++ or other modern computing languages

  • Experience with Networking fundamentals, Security, Databases (Relational and/or NoSQL) or, Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)

  • Passion for incredible customer service, exceptional communication (verbal and written) and excellent people skills . Are a master on breaking down complex concepts into day to day terminology to help customers of all technical proficiencies.

  • Be able to proactively handle customer expectations and lead all aspects of customer communications during implementation.

  • Attention to detail with an analytic and technical mindset that helps you meticulously troubleshoot and evaluate issues quickly, efficiently and accurately .

  • Resourceful and not afraid to tackle difficult cases on your own; driven to work hard with minimum supervision

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced start-up culture.


Nice To Have



  • Understanding of call center/data center architecture and Enterprise VOIP (SIP and H.323), SBC's, TDM, Telephony, systems and CTI.

  • Basic level of proficiency in AWS (S3, EC2, VPC, IAM).
