Exciting work you will do:

Our Agile Coaching is geared to provide your team with the support and guidance that they need to develop proficiency in Agile practices. This may include coaching in Scrum, Kanban, and/or Lean. Our Agile coaches provide team facilitation, real-time feedback, professional mentoring, and management consulting. North Highland consultants draw on first-hand experience as senior development leads and IT project managers to deliver quality instruction.

Our experienced coaches will work side by side with your team, mentoring and guiding them in the implementation of Agile practices. We can customize the coaching program to address specific needs or problems your team is facing. Coaching is performed on site and can be scheduled to coincide with key dates for your project team. Coaching engagements may be short and stand-alone, taking only a few days. Conversely, you may incorporate a longer-term coaching engagement into a comprehensive Agile transformation.

Our coaches will work closely with your leadership and teams to enable ongoing effectiveness, to help them to incorporate learning and feedback, and to aid in the fine-tuning of their Agile practices. Through regular follow-on coaching, either onsite or remotely, we help your team identify and solve issues as they arise throughout the rollout.

Agile Coaching generally covers the following topics:

• Sprint Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews


• Implementing effective Agile practices


• Hands-on team and Product Owner coaching


• Removing impediments


• Liaison to executive management


• Release planning and backlog refinement


• Working agreements


• Definition of Done


• User stories and acceptance criteria
