This position is responsible for providing support with creating and distributing internal/communications, managing the department shared site (e.g. teamshare), and serving as the primary point of contact for associate volunteers. This position will also manage the Nemours Community Funding , associate recognition, and Do Gooders program.

Enhances the Office of Community Engagement and Nemours' reputation by accepting ownership for and accomplishing new requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to the Office of Community Engagement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of Community Engagement experience
