Sorenson Communications, LLC. offers Video Relay Service (VRS), which gives Deaf, who use American Sign Language (ASL), and hearing people the option to communicate in their preferred language - either ASL or spoken English or Spanish. Sorenson also provides onsite and remote interpreting services between English and various other world languages.



CaptionCall, LLC. offers Internet protocol captioned telephone service (IP CTS) using advanced technology and a captioning agent to quickly provide written captions of what callers say on a large, easy-to-read screen.



Job Summary

Then you should keep reading! Sorenson Communications/CaptionCall is looking for a Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be responsible to coordinate and provide support to all our managers and recruiters through the full cycle hiring and selection process. This position is responsible for performing duties on a professional level to provide the highest level of service to all client groups.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Create new job requisitions with creativity and attention to detail that will attract and persuade candidates to apply the job opening.

  • Work with our vendors, hiring managers, and recruiters to process accurate job offers, and be responsible for processing all required pre-boarding and onboarding paperwork.

  • Your knowledge of tracking and recording data in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be critical throughout the recruiting process.

  • Build relationships is the key to all your success, and you will need to provide the highest levels of customer service to all internal/external partners

  • Serve as a knowledge expert to applicants regarding employment opportunities and general employment information

  • Your creativity will be highly useful as you recommend process improvements, cost savings and customer service initiatives

  • And of course, there are always those other duties as assigned, or that you intuitively take on to make our processes better.

This position manages employees and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees.

Education


Minimum/Preferred Education Description


Minimum High School Diploma or GED High school diploma or equivalent



Experience


Minimum Years of Experience Description


1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition support or administrative support positions.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Your ability to have a sound knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • You must have strong communication and presentation skills to be successful

  • Outstanding customer service skills, (should we even have to say this?)

  • Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimum supervision

  • High level of professionalism, poise and presentation

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines and goals

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment
