Directly supports the Chief Operating Officer, HR Director and Marketing Director by providing all aspects of administrative and secretarial support to include the handling of confidential matters.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Prepares agendas, reports and meeting materials for Quality Assurance Committee Meeting
Prepares quarterly and year end reports for Finance Committee review and prepares other reports for physicians, Administration and other departments as needed
Assists Human Resources Director with new physician, mid-level provider and fellow recruitment, onboarding, and benefits enrollment
Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Assists in maintaining and adjusting all physician's master schedules
Tracks and monitors physician vacation and meeting leave requests
Coordinates education program by scheduling all rotations for physician extenders, medical students, and high schools students; shadows, observers, and works with program directors to maintain agreements and handle issues that may arise
Supports patient relations as needed
Plans and executes employee special events; assist with various other meeting preparation
Serves as back-up to other Executive Assistant
Regular and predictable attendance
Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others
Performs other related duties as requested by Chief Operating Officer, HR Director and Marketing Director
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor'sDegree or 2 years of job related experience in in lieu of education required
Experience: 1 year of job related experience a plus
Other Requirements: Data Entry and Analysis preferred;
Knowledge of Excel, ADP, EHR and Practice Management software are a plus
