Pay Range: $24.04 per hour, based on experience
Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to different areas of Human Capital

  • Assists hiring process by completing and documenting phone screens, coordinating in-person or zoom interviews, and gathering feedback

  • Coordinates with Talent Acquisition Specialist, HC Recruiter and external departments, specifically Legal and Finance, to gain approval for opening new job requisitions and sending offer letters.

  • Completes and reviews background/credit checks after the signed offer letter is received, to generate the on-boarding process.

  • Supports Human Capital Manager , Manager of Training and Development and Human Capital Generalist on various projects and assignments.

  • Supports Executive Assistant with front desk coverage as-needed including directing phones, verifying parking, greeting guests, and directing FedEx mail.

  • Frequently meets with Hiring Managers to pinpoint departmental needs and keep job description information up-to-date.

  • Pulls customized reports as-needed from ADP, Greenhouse, etc.

  • Able to and willing to advance HR-related education through FTW offered external classes.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

  • 1-3 year of experience in recruiting preferred

  • Basic knowledge of HR laws, practices and regulations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, previous CRM or ATS experience is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
