OVERVIEW

In this role you will be an important part the Corporate Human Resources Systems team, providing customer service, project management and problem solving related to our human resource information systems. You will gain and apply knowledge about Plexus' industry and culture during the assignment while creating lasting relationships throughout the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide high quality customer service to the global HR team and others who partner with the Systems team

  • Partner with global HR team members to address systems-related questions, problems and projects

  • Enter, report and manage human resources-related data in order to drive decision making and other organizational activities

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and support related changes

  • Own and support projects as needed in support of HR initiatives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field for entire duration of internship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Junior level status

  • GPA: 3.0 or higher is preferred

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills
