The Service Delivery Project Manager will focus specifically on service delivery to drive the acceptance, growth, and provisioning of service within Uniti Leasing's network. This position will have overall project responsibility and accountability to delivery quality products and services on time and within budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • ServiceDeliveryManagement

  • Manageservice delivery fromcontractualsaletoserviceturnupandachievecustomercommitmentdates.

  • ConductMarketandprojectbasedmeetingsinsupportofweeklyforecasting.

  • Trackmajorservicedeliverymilestones(suchasDesignCompletion,FiberProviderAgreements,OSPPermitting,Aerialpoleattachment& Make-ready,Leasing,NTPs,etc.)andworkwiththeindividualsineachmarkettoensure these tasks arecompletedconsistentwith theforecast.

  • ProjectPlanExecution

  • Facilitateandconductinternalandexternalcustomerservicedeliverymeetings.

  • Efficientandproductiveuseofanyandalltools;i.e.Smartsheet,Great Plains,MSProject,Excel,MSVisio,etc.

  • Createregionalprojecttrackingmechanism,ifrequired,to providerealtimeanalysisofprojectstatus.

  • Customer Interface&Coordination

  • Providetimelyprojectupdatestointernalandexternalcustomers.

  • Conducttrendanalysis ofprojectsto identifyroadblocksandareasofopportunityfor improvement.

Education and Experience:


  • Minimum5yearsinproject, programmanagementexperience.

  • Minimum 7yearstelecomnetworkdeploymentand/orOperations experience.

  • Budgetmanagementreportingexperience.

  • ProjectManagement(PMI)certification orequivalent

  • BA/BS degree required or comparable experience

  • Highly organized

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Detailoriented

  • Customerinterfaceexperience

  • Basictelephonyknowledge

  • Smartsheet experience is a plus

  • MicrosoftOffice(Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Access,Outlook)and MSProjectproficiency

  • Skilledinprogrammanagementreporttrackingdevelopment

  • Relationshipmanagement-abilitytodevelopandmaintain productivestakeholderrelationships

  • Presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
