Co-Op (Business Major-Freshman)

About this role:  

This Coop candidate will be a member of the Mainframe CICS infrastructure team. Tasks include the installation, maintenance, customization and testing of the components. He/She interacts with vendors and applications to resolve software issues, tunes and optimizes the system and software and provides skilled guidance in the use of same for customers, mapping functionality to business requirements.

Management Skills:

• Very good verbal and written communication skills.  Able to work with other teams.

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with TSO, MVS/JCL, CICS Web Support, REXX, Microsoft Office, CICS Programming and COBOL Programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Must be able to work 15 - 20 hours per week while school is in session. Potentially work 40 hours per week during the summer months.
