The Senior Coordinator Logistics position is a key member of the warehouse team and is integral to keeping activities running smoothly and effectively. In this role, you will maintain the daily delivery schedule by ensuring all administrative requirements are controlled in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will support continuous operations of the warehouse. You will also fill in for shift supervisors in the warehouse as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipping activities at the plant
• Perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity
• Check drivers in and out, while aiding loaders in locating product
• Prepare and maintain productivity reports, shipping documents, pick/load slips and various other shipping office paperwork
• Assist with the transfer of products between factory and outside storage

Basic Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience (years/type): 1+ years of warehouse coordinating experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, or military environment
