The Executive Team within Security Services Technology is at the core of a multi-year business transformation initiative which aims to increase client satisfaction through tools that enable proactive client service and provide accurate and timely data to clients. Serving both the Prime Brokerage and Security Services Services businesses, this organization consists of multiple high-profile programs spanning data platforms, internal client service tools, and client facing applications, serving over 1,300 users internally and supporting data delivery to 75,000 external users across multiple channels.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for helping project execution planning, interfacing with business and technology stakeholders, managing project budgets and resource allocations , and helping the application teams execute on their recruiting and resource strategies .

In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing various metrics on a wide range of efforts, spanning from helping our stakeholders understand usage patterns on our applications, to data quality metrics on our data platforms, staffing and developer productivity metrics, or assisting management understand key metrics utilized by the organization. You view yourself as an analytical and creative thinker, someone who likes to bring order to programs, and curious to explore and unveil insights to create a business story and impact key business decisions.

Whether it's managing the headcount roster for the organization or putting together a presentation detailing current initiatives and long-term plans, you will communicate the necessary facts and tell the story of our strategic programs. A flexible role, you'll find yourself working on different initiatives that enable management to understand current state, chart a course for improvement, and summarize progress against that goal.

Some of your responsibilities will include:


  • Manage headcount roster of 200+ staff members
  • Analyzing different data metrics and provide insights and reports to management
  • Partner with program owners to create requisitions, track exit dates, and aid staff mobility movement
  • Ensure organization charts are updated regularly and accurately reflect the structure of the organization
  • Create presentations for senior audiences that outline key strategic initiatives
  • Help manage SharePoint sites for key programs, including content organization
  • Create repeatable processes that others can follow in order to maintain data, data quality, and metrics
  • Additional ad-hoc assignments as needed by management

Client management is an integral part of the role, and as such you will be responsible for project execution plans, including communication status to senior technology and business sponsors. You will also be responsible for instituting appropriate reporting to measure benefits realized during program delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication will be essential for effectiveness in this role.
Qualifications

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Highly articulate, built upon an underlying fundamental clarity of thought. Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through. General ability to root out fundamental issues, synthesize insights, and provide clear decision points to management.
  • Able to forge productive working relationships with senior business users and business managers.
  • Ability to analyze complex cross functional business processes and define integrated requirements.
  • Communicates with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status.
  • Needs to be hands on and able to multi task and want to work on multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • PMP Certification a plus, but not expected.
