Job Description:


The Facilities/Purchasing Assistant will assist the operations manager in a variety of administrative tasks for the department including: facilities management, information security, and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities include:


  • Place service calls for Libertyville Bank facilities and maintain service calls using 360 maintenance software
  • Purchase forms and for 8 locations as well as maintain inventory supply lists
  • Place and approve IT tickets to add/remove employees from system.
  • Review and submit invoices for eight locations using Concur - A/P system
  • Document ISP/BCP/Security testing along with monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.
  • Assist customers entering their safe deposit box.


  • 0-3 years of related experience
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs frequently
  • Able to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
