Functions:

The Admiral at the Lake is looking for a worker to join our team in The Admiral Facilities Department. In this role you must have the ability to provide personalized services to our residents.  These services include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining Department Operations by maintenance of buildings, mechanical systems and installed equipment of the community, including:




• Building Automation Systems


• Boilers


• Air Handling Units


• Air Conditioning Equipment


• Heat Pumps


• Exhaust Fans and Fan Power Boxes


• Monitor Parts and Supplies Inventory


• Purchase Materials as needed


• Maintain CMMS

 

Qualifications:

• Preferably 2-5 years of experience in installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems


• Knowledge or training of: electrical systems, building construction, building automation systems and maintenance procedures
