          The Position:

          We’re looking for a Talent Management Business Administrative Intern.

          The Talent Management Business Intern will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

          Responsibilities:


  • Provides administrative support to the Talent Management Team assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities.

  • Maintains and handles all confidential, complex, and sensitive matters and information discretely.

  • Prepares effective correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, meeting packages, and other communications; reviews, proofreads and edits correspondence.

  • Works independently on projects from conception to completion; conducts analyses, assessments, and research.

  • Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through to successful results.

  • Exercise good judgement in a variety of situations with appropriate written and verbal communication

  • Other duties as assigned.

          Requirements:



  • Education:  Recent graduate or enrollment in an accredited college in the Junior year or higher pursuing an education in Business Administration or related field.  


  • Skills:  Working knowledge of relevant software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word & PowerPoint).

  • Ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in the material development process.

  • Able to work under regular deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.

  • Eye for detail- attention to quality, accuracies, and continuity is of paramount importance in this role.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Professionalism.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Collaborates with others in the Talent Management department to ensure all projects are completed on-time.

  • Drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment 


  • Travel:  None.  

  • A favorable background screening, Drug Screening, and proof of work authorization in the United States is required for employment.
