Our Client Support Specialist position is an engaging entry level role with upward mobility into pursuing a career in sales and business development. In this role, you will build strong relationships and provide excellent customer experience with our commercial customers. This role will be responsible for providing support throughout the full life cycle of accounts for new and existing customers.

This position is Monday to Friday with flexibility to work remote and on-site.

Responsibilities:

Process inbound calls through the Client Support Line
Provide customers, brokers, and vendors with consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedure
Renew customer agreements for commercial and industrial natural gas, electricity, mobile fueling, and propane product lines
Record all customer activities in CRM
