JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a full-time second shift Maintenance Technician for our Wright City, MO facility.  The wage range available for the position is $18.50 to $20.50/hr depending on experience and skill level, with an additional second shift additional premium of $1.50/hr.  This position isn’t just a job- it’s a starting point to a great career with a great company. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Perform preventative maintenance procedures on equipment as scheduled.

- Troubleshoot and determine appropriate repairs, replace defective parts as needed, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. 

- Complete inspections of the facility and equipment to assure compliance.  

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.  

- Organize and maintain storeroom inventory.

- All other duties as assigned.

 

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Knowledge of mechanical equipment

- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems

- Ability to safely and responsibly utilize all hand tools

- Two (2) or more years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Availability to work on Saturday or Sunday as needed

- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently on scheduled tasks

- Good communication and organization skills

- Ability to input information and data into a maintenance software program

 

PREFERENCES

- Welding skills

- Technical certificate or qualification in a related field
