Dura-Line is hiring an innovative & experienced Sr. Global Product Manager to be responsible for defining and expanding the Field Service & Software portfolio offering. This NEWLY created position will play a critical part in transforming an already profitable and growing business, assemble a business from scratch with solid funding and C-level support, and construct the bridge between physical and digital.

• Exposure to fiber networks, infrastructure and construction verticals
  
  
  
  • Construction, maintenance services, and inspection of outside plant fiber networks, wired and wireless networks or power networks in site management, or similar types of infrastructure assets.

What will help your success & make an impact in this role?

 

• We need an expert in project management & software solutions that can define the offering portfolio, create and lead the digital roadmap, and implement the partner network of installer & inspectors. For this, you need experience in agile software development methodologies alogn with creating digital products and services for construction or field work environments


• Must have hands on experience in in infrastructure construction, maintenance services, and inspection of wired and wireless networks or power networks in site management, or similar types of infrastructure assets.


• We need a proven leader that wants to develop a global talented & motivated team from the ground up, which includes remote inspectors, partner network managers, software team, etc. As a visionary with an innovative mindset, you will work with various business groups and cross-functional teams around the world and engage with key customers to understand pain points, opportunities, and define commercial cooperation


• You will design technical, operational, service, and product requirements and will have a part in driving up sales for Services & Software. You must be growth-focused and results oriented as you will be responsible for the # of inspectors on Dura-Line network, # Users of software applications, revenue from inspection offering, pull through of core business, customer satisfaction and return rates


• You need strong product management experience in building software as a service business models, including go-to-market digital product launch activities, user and customer acquisition, in B2B and multi-stakeholder environment. If you have experience in fiber networks, and building Geospatial and GIS software it is a huge plus!
