ROLE: The Facilities Service Specialist maintains building and equipment appearance. This is accomplished through inspection, cleaning, performing minor repairs and reporting service issues to the Facilities Manager. Maintains inventory levels, responds to service request and provides daily/weekly reports to the Facilities Manager and Facilities Lead.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, squat, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The Team Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May work with toxic or caustic chemicals.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and sometimes excessive. Examples: metal can manufacturing department, large earth-moving equipment).
