Job Description:


Vector Security Networks is hiring for Install Process Manager in Gainesville VA location. The Install Process Manager will Provide administrative leadership by supporting VSN systems, designing and developing business process improvements in collaboration with the Director of Installation and other Installation Management. Manage and document processes within the Installation Department including training programs for all Installation related roles, functions, and activities. Assist the Installation Management Team in areas related to coaching, developing, mentoring, and continued training efforts of the entire Installation staff.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage, Lead, and Develop the Installation Tech Support Supervisor and continually improve processes related to  ITS team support of installations.

  • Continually monitor and assess the needs for and participate in the recruitment and hiring of ITS Staff as required. Including both direct hire and working with local temp agencies.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide required direction, and discipline, and address any additional personnel management requirements.

  • Ongoing leader in the effort to define, realize, maximize, and sustain measurable output of the ITS team.

  • Work with Installation Department Managers to enhance or change existing processes or policies.

  • Make recommendations for, define, and implement necessary processes and procedures.  

  • Develop detailed administrative workload plans, processes, and objectives for long-range implementation and administration, regularly evaluating the effectiveness of such plans.

  • Recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementing them.

  • Complying with and enforcing standard company policies and procedures.

  • Lend expertise to internal teams and task forces.
