Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of marketing strategies and tactics to advance activation across the emerging market customer segment - fostering strong account manager relationships that drive results. Providing best-in-class marketing support to sales partners to allow accelerated growth within the customer channel.


  • Create insight-driven, scalable and sustainable marketing solutions that meet customer channel objectives
  • Inspire and motivate account partners and customers to take risks and to create innovative marketing approaches
  • Translate national brand strategies, marketing plans and insights into actionable customer marketing plans
  • Serve as the marketing expert within one specialty area for all customers and develop, innovate and create go-to-market strategies and toolkit.
  • Develop clear and powerful assets that support broader strategies and customer executions
  • Ensure all communications are clear with customer focus, strong value propositions, represent the brand character and with a clear roll within a 360 approach
  • Help ensure synergy throughout all channels of communications
  • Use specific insights to identify opportunities and industry trends to identify new programs/initiatives and refine existing ones (marketing and execution)
  • Analyze program/initiative results with respect to KPIs and ROI and make changes/priority decisions to increase effectiveness.
  • Leverage appropriate process and rigor measuring and reporting KPIs across the channel


  • Partner closely with sales, cross-functional marketing teams, channel teams, brand marketing, digital marketing, corporate communications, marketing services and sales teams to execute marketing strategies, plans and campaigns teams to align on strategies and promotions
  • Prepare and present planned activities, concepts, and business updates as well as share results from program execution.
  • Manage and ensure compliance within the respective marketing budget.
  • Develop and coordinate communication to US leadership on customer marketing strategies and tactics
  • Development and coordination of customer specific collateral, advertisements and selling tools.
  • Develop 360 initiatives with cross functional inputs including supporting training, digital advertising, field communications, etc
  • The ideal candidate will have both a marketing and sales mindset.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Education : BS degree in Marketing or Business from an Accredited University or College; MBA preferred

Years and Type of Experience :


  • Experience working in a channel / customer marketing model preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of key account sales, customer marketing, marketing communications, field marketing and/or product marketing experience
  • Experience in the dental/pharmaceutical/medical device industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing of marketing strategies within an established market.
  • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results with efficient use of resources.
  • Experience developing processes to support programs and initiatives
  • Experience working with external suppliers, e.g., advertising, research and agencies.
  • Proven success presenting to leadership/customers
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
