What are we looking for?

We are looking to bolster our rapidly growing Optimization team by adding a CRO Specialist. Our CRO Specialist will immediately step into a role to help drive high value customer journeys with experimentation and data at the core. You'll learn the ins and outs of experimentation and data analysis, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive and execute the optimization strategy. You'll be heavily involved in test building, reporting, and many other aspects of the optimization process. What You Will Do:


  • Analyze qualitative (HorJar, UX research, etc.) and quantitative data to identify optimization potential among our landing pages


  • Participate collaboration across functions (marketing, engineering, brand, design, etc.)  to build/project manage our a/b/n tests


  • Contribute to and maintain A/B/N testing roadmap based on optimization strategy


  • Analyze the results for A/B/N tests to identify test winners, and execute on deep dives of data to identify findings/iterations for future tests - we care more about the WHY than the WHAT


  • Work closely with CRO Program Manager to contribute to and execute on optimization strategy


  • Work closely with CRO Engineering Specialist to build, QA, launch, and monitor A/B tests, while ensuring no cross-pollination of tests with other functions


  • Permeate a passion for continuous learning and iterations - we run a 'test to learn, not test to win' program, and learning is at the core of what is driving the success of our CRO program


What You Will Need:


  • 2+ years of A/B testing experience (strategies and tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely and/or Adobe Target)


  • Experience with digital marketing


  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills


  • Proficiency with code (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)


  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other analytics and marketing tools


  • Attention to detail


  • Project management


  • Willingness to learn/adapt


  • Passion for optimization


  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Statistics, etc.) is preferred
