As an Experis Market Director you will be known as a world of work leader inspiring a team to provide talent solutions that drive business results for your clients.

The Market Director is responsible for the profitable growth and management of a profit center within an assigned region. The Market Director creates a business plan and aligns team to priorities to exceed plan - connecting candidates to work and partnering with clients to provide professional resourcing, project solutions, or permanent placement in the IT space.

Results & Strategy

• P&L owner accountable for driving growth and improving efficiency while aligning to organizational values and established guidelines and budgets.

• Typical revenue accountability under $10M.

• Will translate vertical strategic priorities into a clear business plan that capitalizes on market/industry opportunity in region.

• Operationalize plan into clear direction and expectations for team.

People Leadership

• Inspire and lead a team of sellers and recruiters to grow the business and delight clients, consultants and candidates.

• Responsible for hiring, onboarding, managing and developing a team; identify and proactively pipeline future talent into the organization.

• Typical span of control is 4-8 employees.

Client & Candidate

• Develop strategies and tactics required to direct sales and recruiting activities.

• Oversee execution with hands-on coaching of direct reports, involved with clients and consultants to drive loyalty and resolve escalations.

Thought Leadership

• Market and industry leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise.

• Offers customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.

Qualifications:

Required

• Management: 2+ years demonstrated managerial and operational experience

• Sales: 2+ years selling a solution / in a service industry strongly preferred, but would consider other role experience within staffing/workforce solutions industry in lieu of direct selling experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of one or more verticals (e.g., IT, Engineering, Finance/Accounting)

• P&L: Ownership/management experience
