Now, we are a seeking a big-thinking writer with a love for collaboration to join our Marketing Creative Team as a Copywriter.
As our Copywriter, you’ll be for telling the Arhaus story across a variety of channels, including digital executions and in-store marketing support. Responsibilities will include concepting, writing, and executing the on-time delivery of a high-quality creative work, engaging our customers with editorial content that drives business results.
Core Job Functions
Elevate the Arhaus brand with clear, engaging editorial copy that informs and excites our customers across a variety of channels, including but not limited to Arhaus.com, daily email sends, social and digital advertising, organic social, and in-store signage and marketing support.
Partner with art directors and senior creatives to develop campaign strategies and messaging, and to brainstorm and develop that creative work in a collaborative environment.
Drive innovation with editorial storytelling approach that elevates customer engagement, including researching, concepting, and crafting educational and inspirational copy for use on Arhaus.com and social media.
Assist with writing and proofreading Arhaus catalogs throughout the year.
Demonstrate exceptional writing and concepting abilities, as evidenced by a diverse portfolio of work.
Translate strategic insights into effective and highly creative ideas.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Maintain accountability for overall quality of creative work.
Present your work, participating in reviews with a range of stakeholders across the organization.
Assist in revitalizing existing online product copy, including but not limited to helping to develop a process, auditing and editing existing product copy, and writing new product copy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or other relevant equivalent
4+ years of experience working as a Copywriter, or in a related field
Experience crafting engaging content for a variety of platforms, including but not limited to email marketing, digital advertising, organic social, and in-store point-of-sale
Ability to maintain brand voice and adhere to all established copy standards
An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating high-quality writing and strategic concepting abilities
Ability to manage projects and collaborate with various members of cross-functional teams, including creative, eCommerce, and social media
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently
Should be well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working on a Mac
Must be comfortable working in a remote environment and with cloud-based documents and a project management system
Must be fluent in English, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in and/or passion for home furniture and décor preferred
