Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Global



  • Build a detailed commercial roadmap, including vendors onboarding and business generated

  • Promote the marketplace to the network to grow awareness

  •  Manage business operations to guarantee customers satisfaction

  • Oversee the development of customer relationships

  • Coordinate actions related to legal & tax as per local regulations

Vendors side



  • Screen the market and prioritize vendors, starting with already identified early adopters

  • Build an annual onboarding roadmap based on the business plan targets

  • Define specifications to be respected to onboard vendors

  • Assess vendors’ potential and manage the business developer for the successful onboarding

  • Researched and understood thoroughly new policies, quotes, renewals, policy changes, and audits concerning vendors

Customers side



  • Reach marketplace sales target

  • Utilize customer statements to analyze savings and possible value-added services

  • Manage group of key accounts

  • Plan promotion campaign with our digital marketing department

Qualifications:



  • A customer interaction background (8-10 years of experience) is required (sales, tech sales, etc…)

  • Strong motivation for digital and attractiveness for marketplace type of business

Education/Experience:



  • Degree in technical and/or commercial field required

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in management/technical/commercial capacity

  • Commercial, corporate strategy and/or marketing experience in energy industry preferred

  • Must possess intermediate Microsoft Office application skills

  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills

  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and team work skills
