Build a detailed commercial roadmap, including vendors onboarding and business generated
Promote the marketplace to the network to grow awareness
Manage business operations to guarantee customers satisfaction
Oversee the development of customer relationships
Coordinate actions related to legal & tax as per local regulations
Vendors side
Screen the market and prioritize vendors, starting with already identified early adopters
Build an annual onboarding roadmap based on the business plan targets
Define specifications to be respected to onboard vendors
Assess vendors’ potential and manage the business developer for the successful onboarding
Researched and understood thoroughly new policies, quotes, renewals, policy changes, and audits concerning vendors
Customers side
Reach marketplace sales target
Utilize customer statements to analyze savings and possible value-added services
Manage group of key accounts
Plan promotion campaign with our digital marketing department

Qualifications:
A customer interaction background (8-10 years of experience) is required (sales, tech sales, etc…)

Education/Experience:
Degree in technical and/or commercial field required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in management/technical/commercial capacity

Must possess intermediate Microsoft Office application skills
Excellent communication and customer relations skills
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
