As a Process Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring quality production in a safe, environmentally responsible and efficient manner! The Supervisor also has Resin Plant safety and environmental responsibilities including minimizing hazardous waste generations, accurate and timely reporting of accidental discharges, and ensuring emergency preparedness procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan every single day's work including scheduling employees, scheduling equipment, and verifying that needed materials are available as well as modifications to plans based on changing priorities and/or availability of personnel, equipment and materials.
• Directs and controls the actual work process, which includes training employees, distributing work to employees, and monitoring the entire work process to ensure that work is completed efficiently, timely and in a safe and healthful manner.
• Serves as back up for the Control Room Supervisors.
• Advises the Resin and E-coat processes to ensure quality products are manufactured and packaged for customer use

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering plus 2 years of supervisory experience within an industrial manufacturing environment is required.
• In lieu of degree, 5 years supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required
